It is so amazing how the

flipping of one calender page

December 2011 to January 2012

refreshes the soul and brings

new life to all things old.

 We were all blessed with another

Christmas Season filled with peace and love.

Reflections of this past year 

in our hearts we will hold dear.

Simply love my small prim red table

 January makes us more than ready 

to move onto a fresh new start.

I resolve this year to

return to a more simple life

Simple displays, less is more

make the old look new again

changes... are good for the soul

mix it up a little, maybe a lot

and will remember

to take time to smell the Roses

Moved around some furniture

made some old displays~~new again

I stacked my sewing (thread) cabinet on top of  the vintage treadle sewing machine cabinet.

The wood matched beautifully, rare tiger maple..It is still a work in progress, not sure if it is a keeper.
